The mattress was comfy, but some noise from neighbors kept me up.

missingWrote a review on Dec 02helpful staffno elevator
The staff were outstanding, especially Silvia, who provided us with great directions before our arrival, making our check-in process smooth.
One downside was the lack of an elevator, which required climbing two flights of stairs with our luggage.

climbing four flights with my bags was not how I envisioned my stay. also, the noise level is through the roof! I could hear everything from my neighbors—would it have killed them to soundproof the rooms? I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Charming stay with character
Our stay at Oro Nero was delightful! Communication through WhatsApp was seamless, and Silvia's warm hospitality added a personal touch. Loved the clean, stylish decor and the complimentary treats awaiting us.
The absence of an elevator was a challenge, especially with luggage. The bathroom basin was quite petite, but it had its own cute charm. Just be prepared for some stair climbing.

missingWrote a review on Jul 28comfortable roomwell-designed spacenoise level
Deluxe King Room offered a comfortable stay with ample amenities for a family. The room provided a well-designed space for relaxation after a day out.
Tiny bathroom sink made basic tasks annoying, and the shower couldn’t drain properly. Noise level was an issue. I could hear other guests' activities late into the night, and the lack of soundproofing was disappointing. The absence of an elevator meant navigating flights of stairs with luggage, which could be a hassle.

Charming Stay with a Touch of Authenticity
Staying for two nights, our Superior King Room offered comfort and style. The narrow stairs added character (remember to bring light luggage). Enjoyed delightful breakfast options at the nearby café. Exploring the area felt effortless, with lovely local shops just a short walk away.
